Botanical pressing is more than art—it’s a love letter to fleeting beauty. New York–based artist Tricia Paoluccio began crafting pressed-flower collages in her youth on a Modesto, California farm, eventually turning them into a unique creative practice. When Oscar de la Renta asked her to bring her pressed florals into their studio, Tricia’s sensitive hand and design vision transformed into their celebrated Fall 2021 collection. That same floral imagery later appeared on the Grammys red carpet, adorning Taylor Swift in an iconic, nature‑infused look that redefined floral fashion. Today, her studio Domain of the Flowerings, launched in 2022, brings that pressed‑flower energy into fine art, home goods, and bespoke collaborations.
